A history of political, military, religious and social turbulence, of plague and persecution, of renaissance, enlightenment and industrial revolution. It is a tale of romance, courage, loyalty and recklessness. There is no final chapter because the Ingilby family are still there, still enjoying the adventure.
Once you have seen the Castle you can wander out into the gardens and grounds or go for a cup of tea in the Castle Tearooms.
Directions: Ripley is 3½ miles north of Harrogate, off the A61 between Harrogate and Ripon.

Parking: There will be free parking on site. We also reserve an area for blue badge holders within 50m of the arena entrance.

This is a picnic-style concert with no seating or cover provided. You are welcome to bring your own food & drink onto the premises; there will be additional catering on site as well as a bar selling a full range of drinks

Please note: that we do not allow barbecues, open fires, garden flares, windbreaks, gazebos or tented structures. Guide dogs are welcome but no other animals; please remember that there will be a firework finale which may cause concern.
