An Evening With LESLEY GARRETT
On Sunday 24th August Arundel Castle proudly welcomes Britain's most popular soprano Lesley Garrett with the
National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Philip Ellis for a picnic-style extravaganza.
The evening's programme will be a warm mix of classical favourites, popular tunes and a stirring firework finale.

As a soloist, Lesley's 12 CDs have brought great success, including the Gramophone Award for 'Best-Selling Classical
Artist of the Year' for 'Soprano in Red'. 'A Soprano Inspired' and 'Lesley Garrett' both achieved platinum status.
Recent albums include 'So Deep is the Night', the music from which was made into a film entitled 'Lesley Garrett-Desert Dreams'.
Lesley's television history includes the BBC's 'Lesley Garrett...Tonight', which evolved as 'The Lesley Garrett Show',
featuring a variety of celebrity musical artists. She was a semi-finalist for the BBC's hit show 'Strictly Come Dancing',
and was a judge for BBC's 'Comic Relief Does Fame Academy.'
